· Personal expenses such as laundry, luggage charges, telephone calls, tips & gratuity, mineral water, soft & hard drinks, rafting, porterage.

· Travel insurance, entrance fees & guide charges.

· Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), etc.

· Anything which is not included in the inclusion.

· Optional tour of Nathula Pass & Zero point is on Additional cost.

In cancellation are made 15 days before the start date of the trip , 50% cost will be charge as cancellation fees.

In cancellation are made 15-7 days before the start date of the trip, 75% cost will be charge as cancellation fees.

In cancellation are made within 7 days before the start date of the trip , 100% cost will be charge as cancellation fees.

In case of any breakdown or in delay due to the breakdown of the transport in the way , You would have to wait until the transport gets repaired.

We are not responsible for any delay or alterations in the program due to traffic , road construction , Bad weather.

Full payment of the trip cost must be made at the time of departure.

Pending payments may eventually lead to the cancellation of the trip without booking amount refund.

Rooms are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.

Check-in & Check-out time at hotels would be as per hotel policies.
